They lost Spencer Strider recently to an injured list stint, and he's going to miss at least four weeks due to that elbow issue. But, while the Braves are losing one key player, they're getting back another.
Ahead of their series against the San Francisco Giants, the Braves announced that Drake Baldwin, their superstar young catcher, is being activated off the injured list.
"The Braves today returned C Drake Baldwin from his rehabilitation ****** ignment and reinstated him from the injured list, and outrighted C Austin Wynnes to Triple-A Gwinnett," the Braves announced.
