Although the matchup could carry major playoff implications next season, Parsons has a more personal reason for eagerly awaiting the game. In a brief video shared by Sports Illustrated, the 27-year-old pass rusher said he is looking forward to facing the Bills because he has yet to record a sack against Josh Allen and wants an opportunity to change that.
“Josh Allen,” said the Packers star edge rusher.
“We play them late in the season. I should be in a groove by then.”
Parsons is still searching for his first sack of Allen, mainly because the two have crossed paths just once in their NFL careers. That meeting took place on December 17, 2023, when the Bills beat the Dallas Cowboys 31-10.
