Gabriel Jesus is closing in on becoming a Barcelona player, but the Brazilian striker will not arrive at Camp Nou to be judged by how many goals he scores.
The ***** nal forward is expected to arrive in Barcelona today before completing the formalities of his move, with the transfer set to be made official before the window closes.

Bojan, Barcelona's Football coordinator, knows Jesus better than most at Barcelona.
During his decade working in the club's scouting department, he personally watched the Brazilian at Manchester City and produced reports on him before Jesus eventually moved to ***** nal.

Barcelona are heading into the final week of the transfer window with a clear message emerging from the club's sporting leadership: Julian Alvarez remains the target, and there is little interest in settling for anyone else.
That is perhaps the biggest takeaway from the latest meeting involving Joan Laporta, Deco, Hansi Flick, Bojan and Alejandro Echevarría at the Ciutat Esportiva, reports Mundo Deportivo.
With time running out, Barcelona are **** sing how to complete their remaining business, but the search for a new No. 9 has become increasingly straightforward.
The club want Alvarez, and if the move cannot be completed, Barcelona are prepared to wait.
Notably, Alvarez is not being treated as one option among many.
