Detroit Red Wings star Dylan Larkin, frustrated with the lack of progress on his trade request, is taking the Connor **** ebuyck playbook.
Larkin reported to training camp while waiting for the Red Wings to pull off a deal. **** ebuyck didn't show up and was suspended by the Winnipeg Jets.
The award-winning goalie and fellow U.S. Olympian was the first of the two to be traded, heading to the New Jersey Devils for a big haul. Now Larkin says he won't play.
"All I can say is that Dylan's had enough of the situation," Larkin's agent, Pat Brisson, told the Detroit Free Press, part of the USA TODAY Network, on Thursday.
The "disappointed" Red Wings have suspended Larkin without pay, interim general manager Shawn Horcoff said.
