Warren, 89, followed in the footsteps of his older sister, Shirley MacLaine (who adapted her mother's maiden name for her stage name), when he got into acting. MacLaine, now 92, appeared on Broadway in the early 1950s as Warren was studying in New York City at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting.
