The New England Patriots and Christian Gonzalez have finally reached agreement on a contract extension. After months of negotiations, the two sides found common ground on a record-breaking four-year, $135 million deal.
Gonzalez's contract also includes $102 million in guarantees, another new high for a cornerback. NFL insider Jordan Schultz was first to report the deal.
