Here are 50 CIAC players to keep an eye on during the 2026 football season from A(barno) to Z(accagnino). The season begins Sept. 10:

The senior signal-caller returns after racking up 2,531 yards and 33 touchdowns while guiding the Blue Devils to a 6-4 record last fall. He topped 200 yards in seven of 10 games and broke 300 three times.

Andoh delivered a 1,000-yard rushing season as a freshman, topping 100 yards five times and scoring 15 touchdowns. His sophomore year was interrupted by an injury which limited him to five games, but he still managed to put up 483 yards and another eight touchdowns. He'll have the benefit of running behind the Greyhounds' huge offensive line, and getting back over the 1,000-yard mark is well within reach.
