Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan Gallagher was convicted on three counts of domestic violence on Tuesday, Sept. 1, after failing to appear in court, Us Magazine reported.
Court records obtained by News24 report that Gallagher was convicted by Judge Janine Lacy at the Burwood Local Court in Sydney, Australia.
After it was evident he was not in the courtroom, Judge Lacy told the court, "I find the offenses proven," before she issued a warrant for his arrest in addition to his conviction.
Judge Lacy also shared with the court that immigration records showed Gallagher was "currently overseas," indicating that he had fled Australia in light of his hearing.
Gallagher's legal woe stems from his arrest in December 2025, when he allegedly **** aulted a 29-year-old woman, who was later identified as Gallagher's ex-girlfriend and Below Deck Med castmate Gael Cameron.
