Juventus are still hoping to shift Jonathan David before the close of the summer transfer window and the latest updates claim that Atletico Madrid have submitted a formal offer for the Canada international.
David joined Juventus on a free transfer last summer after five productive years in Ligue 1 with Lille, but failed to convince in Serie A in a disappointing season on a personal and collective level, which resulted in a fifth-place finish and no Champions League football for 2026-27.

Juventus have already brought in a new centre-forward this summer in Randal Kolo Muani, considered a direct replacement for Dusan Vlahovic, but the Bianconeri are also hoping to replace David before the end of the window as well.
According to the latest reports from Fabrizio Romano, Atletico Madrid have recently submitted an official offer to sign David on loan with an option to buy and that the Canada international is 'open' to joining Diego Simeone's side.
