The Detroit Lions, like all other NFL clubs, must be at the mandated 53-man roster by 6:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, and they've already announced multiple roster releases.
Among the players that the club has released so far include rookie DL Tyre West, DT Myles Adams, LB Troy Reeder, and TE Zach Horton.
However, another name has been announced as the club's latest release, and it will come as a surprise to some fans considering that he's already spent time playing under new Lions offensive coordinator Drew Petzing during their time together with the Arizona Cardinals.
