Final impressions are at stake when the Cowboys take on New Orleans but that hasn't stopped some from floating ideas about whom should be on the final roster. Players on the bubble are no doubt the subject of conversations throughout the league in an attempt to salvage worth for the sake of total roster construction.
As those talks take place, the way teams approach each other have almost always depended on the person running the show, which in Dallas, has been owner Jerry Jones. A conversation with his eldest son and COO, Stephen Jones, reveals a shift in philosophy is on the horizon once and when he takes complete control of the franchise.
In other Cowboys news, former quarterback Tony Romo faces a renewed set of charges stemming from his OWI that places his future employment with CBS in jeopardy while Dallas rookie wideout, Jordan Hudson, is among the group of current NFL players who could jettison the NFL for another chance at NCAA glory.
