He and Royce White, another former NBA player, declared themselves for the 2027 WNBA Draft.
Brink, before the Sparks played against the Atlanta Dream, was asked about Kanter Freedom's appearance at a WNBA game after declaring for the WNBA draft and wearing a shirt that read "woman noun. adult human female."
He eventually got into an altercation with Sky guard Natasha Cloud, which led to his ejection from the game and a ban from all Chicago Sky games.
