Jon Stewart recently compared the Obamas' time in the White House to President Donald Trump's.
"I imagine for you and your family that it's a surreal experience for you guys because of the effort that you put into building something up and to watch it be corrupted," Stewart, 63, remarked on the Wednesday, August 26 episode of Michelle Obama and her brother Craig Robinson's IMO podcast. "To have this perversion of leadership, I imagine, is especially difficult to digest. There's a surreal quality to it."
Stewart then pointed out that the former first lady, 62, and her husband, former President Barack Obama, "left money on the table," joking that she could have had "a Michelle meme coin."
