The visits are required to be supervised by either an approved family member or a therapist, TMZ reported, citing court documents. The entertainment blogger is required to gain "psychiatric clearance" prior to the visitation as well, according to the outlet. These requirements will remain in place until Hilton's mother, Teresita, files otherwise.
