Princess Anne seems determined to reclaim the crown of 'Britain's hardest-working royal' after King Charles **** ed the honour from her in 2025.
So, while other royals started their summer break, the Princess Royal was continuing to carry out engagements, with the royal attending a rehearsal for the Royal Edinburgh Military Air Tattoo, which is due to start on Friday.

As she arrived, the 75-year-old was greeted by Robert Aldridge, the Lord Provost of the City of Edinburgh. Anne then met with members of the armed forces who are taking part in this year's demonstrations.
It wasn't just members of the British Army that Anne spoke to, as she was also seen interacting with members of the US Army Field Band, who will be providing music at the event, which runs until 29 August.
