Diddy is currently serving a federal prison sentence after being convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, while being acquitted of the more serious racketeering conspiracy and **** trafficking charges.

The hip-hop star has got another unexpected shot at reduced jail time as federal records revealed his release date was pushed up even more. The recent adjustment now has Diddy set to be released from prison sooner than expected, making this the third time his release date has been moved up.
