Former Indiana men's basketball star, Trayce Jackson-Davis, has had his team-option exercised by the Toronto Raptors for next season, NBA insider Michael Scotto announced.
Jackson-Davis now prepares for his fourth NBA season, and his first full season in in Toronto after being traded to the organization back in February.
After four years in Bloomington, the Greenwood native was drafted by the Golden State Warriors with the 57th pick in the 2023 NBA Draft. Jackson-Davis spent the first two full seasons of his professional career with the Warriors, where he averaged more than 16 minutes a game; starting 53 total across two seasons in the Bay.
The Toronto Raptors are exercising the $2.41 million team option on Trayce Jackson-Davis, league sources told hoopshype. The 26-year-old forward has averaged 6.2 points on 63.1% shooting from the field and 4.4 rebounds in 14.2 minutes in 3 seasons with the Warriors and Raptors. pic.twitter.com/6cqpAoOqRT
