LONDON — Having failed to secure a majority stake in Hugo Boss this summer, Mike Ashley is returning with another strategy to wrest control of the brand, and eject Stephan Sturm as chairman of the supervisory board.
Ashley's Frasers Group said in a stock market filing Tuesday that its "current intention" is to further increase its interest in Hugo Boss, including through the potential acquisition of additional shares.

Madonna brought her A-game to her FIFA World Cup 2026 Final Halftime Show performance. She stepped out in Saint Laurent micro shorts that rode up her thighs. The "Like a Prayer" hitmaker delivered a look that was the perfect blend of athleisure and glamor.
Madonna once again proved why she remains one of the most revered showgirls to date, thanks to her incredible fashion sense. She donned several custom pieces from Saint Laurent, including a pair of silk mini shorts featuring dark purple accents. The shorts had an elasticated waistband and flared hem that hit her upper thighs. A row of crystals lined the shorts' hems on both legs.
The "Like a Virgin" hitmaker sported a structured lilac corset complete with side buckle details and lace panels over a Glenn Martens' Diesel lurex jersey zip top. The corset cinched her waist, highlighting her curves. She layered all of it with a custom Saint Laurent jacket featuring dark burgundy contrasts and shimmering crystal trim along the seams.
Further, adding a distinct football-inspired flair to the outfit, the back of the jacket was emblazoned with "MADONNA 10" in bold, crystal-embellished lettering. The lower half of her look comprised an array of high-octane footwear and legwear details. She was wearing fishnet tights and lace-trimmed thigh-high stockings. On one leg, she also sported a bright pink knee sleeve embellished with a glittering crystal star patch. Finally, she wore metallic leather Danceteria lace-up boots.
On her hands, Madonna sported a pair of custom fingerless gloves resembling traditional goalkeeper ones. Swarovski crystals adorned the gloves. She also had a bespoke crystal referee whistle hanging around her neck, which was a more literal nod to the sport. Further, Madonna accessorized with a Swarovski Millenia necklace. The crystals caught the stadium lights while she performed.

Thousands attend county's '100 objects' exhibition

An exhibition that showcased a county's history through items like graffiti art and a Dr Martens boot has been hailed a success, with thousands of visitors coming through the doors.
