Scott has emerged as one of the most promising midfielders in the Premier League at Bournemouth and is expected to make his England debut in the coming months, having trained with Thomas Tuchel's squad ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
Chelsea are prepared to bide their time and wait for Scott next summer. Xabi Alonso has identified the midfielder as a primary target, as Chelsea look to replace Enzo Fernandez.
