Imprisoned hip-hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs will remain in federal lockup for an additional two months, according to Bureau of Prisons records, after a news report exposed numerous prison rules he has been violating behind bars.
Combs is serving a 50-month sentence at the federal prison at Fort Dix in Southern New Jersey after he was found guilty of two Mann Act violations at his sensational New York trial last summer. A jury of 12 acquitted the near-billionaire of the more serious federal charges of racketeering and **** trafficking, rejecting prosecutors' case that Combs Enterprises staff formed a top-down criminal enterprise or that his "freak off" parties constituted **** trafficking.
