The Chicago Bears are gearing up for their Week 1 matchup against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday afternoon, and we got some clarity on some key position battles that unfolded during the summer.
The Bears released their unofficial depth chart for Week 1, which included some notable updates along the offensive and defensive lines, as well as the secondary. While head coach Ben Johnson recently confirmed that Braxton Jones is the starting left tackle, Kentavius Street is listed as the starting defensive tackle alongside Grady Jarrett. Meanwhile, Xavier Woods gets the nod at safety with Cam Lewis slotting into the nickel role.
