Dunkin' has enlisted the help of a pair of former Spice Girls and the comedian Rachel Dratch to promote the company's pumpkin spice lineup.
The Boston-based coffee-and-doughnut chain has released new ads for the company's Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte, Pumpkin Cloud Dunkalatte, and other fall-flavored beverages.
The ads include former Spice Girls members Emma Bunton, or "Baby Spice," and Geri Halliwell-Horner, or "Ginger Spice." They discuss their time with the band in an interview, when they reveal a previously unknown sixth Spice Girl, "Pumpkin Spice," portrayed by Dratch.
They ultimately said she was "too seasonal" for the band and Dratch notes she "left to focus on lattes."
