No more trying to ******* emble linebacker depth charts like a Temu toy. We have three linebackers, two starting spots, four extra pieces and instructions that somehow skipped from Step 3 to Step 11.
The preseason is over. Put the tiny screwdriver down. It is time to see who actually stays on the field.
Over the last few weeks, we have tracked green dots, starter treatment, nickel packages, substitutions and enough linebacker rotations to make me question several life choices. Some situations became crystal clear. Others somehow became more confusing.
With Week 1 approaching, here is my final look at all 32 linebacker rooms, who I expect to stay on the field, and most importantly, who should wear the green dot.
