Alex Eala is one of tennis' brightest rising stars. On Wednesday night the 21-year-old Filipino won her first round US Open match against Mary Stoiana (6-1, 6-2) inside Arthur Ashe Stadium. She'll take on Oleksandra Oliynykova in the second round on Thursday afternoon at Louis Armstrong Stadium.
As a young tennis star at one of the sport's marquee events, you would think she'd be starstruck by the tennis royalty, but she had a surprising answer when one reporter asked which athlete she'd like to swap jerseys with.
