The Pittsburgh Steelers announced plans Thursday for a weeklong celebration across Pittsburgh leading up to their regular season opener against the Atlanta Falcons on Sept. 13 at Acrisure Stadium.
The Steelers Kickoff Week activities will feature community events and interactive displays across six local neighborhoods.
At the center of the celebration is a traveling display featuring giant Super Bowl rings originally created for the 2026 NFL Draft Steelers Country activation.
From Monday through Saturday of game week, the giant Super Bowl rings will visit six different locations across Pittsburgh. At each stop, fans will be invited to participate in a paint-by-numbers project by painting a segment of a larger canvas representing that location.
Once completed, the six individual pieces will be ******* embled into a single 24-foot mural. The completed artwork will be unveiled to fans at Acrisure Stadium during the team's home opener.
