Wynonna Judd's daughter, Grace Pauline Kelley, is reportedly pregnant in prison.
Last month, a judge denied Kelley's motion for a temporary release to give birth to her second child, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Wednesday, August 26.
The documents stated that Kelley's legal team requested the release on July 2 and said she's expecting a baby "on or about August 16."
While Kelley must remain in custody, the documents reportedly stated that the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office would take her to the hospital for a scheduled cesarean section.
It is unclear whether or not the 30-year-old has already given birth.
