Jake Reiner is finally ready to talk about the murder of his parents.
In his first sit-down interview since the fatal stabbing of his parents, Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner, Jake remembered the "unconditional love" they had for himself and his two siblings, Romy and Nick, who is currently indicted on two counts of first-degree murder.
Speaking to ABC7 Los Angeles, he said, "It's been 8 months. It feels like 8 years at the same time. And it also feels like 8 minutes because every moment that I wake up, I'm reminded of my reality."
Jake recalled the moment he first learned of the news from his sister, "Romy told me our dad was dead and then she said, 'I can't find mom.'"
He struggled to find the words when asked about his brother's role in the matter.
