Enzo Maresca says he is fully focused on Crystal Palace rather than the final days of the transfer window.
City travel to Selhurst Park on Friday night for the 20:00 (UK) kick-off aiming to build on the opening weekend victory over Bournemouth.
While there is the possibility of more incomings and outgoings before the deadline on Tuesday, 1 September at 23:00 (UK), Maresca's attention is on the difficult trip to Palace and trying to pick up all three points.
"It's the transfer window with four or five days to go and anything can happen," the City boss said at his pre-match news conference.
"We will see. For me it is complicated to think about transfer window when we have a game in 24 hours. I am focused on the game.
