Briton Ellie Scotney will face WBC featherweight champion Tiara Brown in Arlington, Texas on 8 November.
Scotney, 28, vacated her undisputed super-bantamweight champion status in April and is stepping up a division in pursuit of becoming a two-weight world champion.
The bout against 38-year-old American Brown serves as the co-main event and is one of four world ******* le fights on the MVPW-07 card.
It will be headlined by Elif Nur Turhan's IBF lightweight defence against Alycia Baumgardner.
