The "Cool for the Summer" singer marked her special day on August 20 but shared a carousel of photos from the trip on Monday.
Demi appeared to spend most of her time at the beach and looked incredible in a tiny red string bikini.
One eye-catching photo featured a close-up of Demi's sand-covered derrière while she gazed out over the crystal-clear water.
Another image showed the birthday girl standing in the water with her arms stretched above her head, showcasing her tiny waist and toned stomach after she lost a reported 50lbs in the past four years.
