In addition to sealing the category's continental back-to-back championship, the Brazilian eNational Team secured a direct spot in the FIFAe World Cup, which will take place at the end of the year in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Brazilian team, made up of the duo HenrykinhO and JVictorPRO and led by coach Thiago Avaré, secured qualification in second place in the group stage with 13 points, tied with Argentina but behind on goal difference. The campaign included wins over Venezuela (1-0), Bolivia (4-0), Chile (3-1), and Peru (4-2), as well as a scoreless draw against the Argentinians.
In the semifinal against Chile, the Brazilian eNational Team repeated what it had done in the group stage and showed its superiority, winning both legs by a score of 2-0. The place in the grand final secured Brazil's qualification for the FIFAe World Cup. Player JVictorPRO highlighted the match against the Chileans during the victorious campaign.
"We felt a little provoked. They scored and I was dealing with delay, the game restarted and a whole story came out of it. So we kind of turned that into a positive anger to keep going in the tournament very calmly and very confidently," commented João Victor.
In the continental final, the Brazilian eFootball Console eNational Team faced Peru once again. After a tense and scrappy first leg that ended 1-1, Brazil routed its opponent 5-0 to seal the back-to-back ***** le.
