Sky Sport Italia and Fabrizio Romano report that the two clubs have shaken hands on a loan deal with an option to buy for €14m at the end of the current campaign.
Juventus recently signed Guglielmo Vicario from Tottenham on loan, with an option to buy, in preparation for Di Gregorio's exit.
