Paredes' team-mate Nahuel Molina, has been hit with a seven-game after sparking the chaotic melee by striking Spain captain Rodri.
Paredes then grabbed Eric Garcia by the throat and hurled Gavi to the ground. While Argentina coach Roberto Ayala, who was also involved in the fracas, has been banned for three games.
