Aaron Judge took one step closer to playing a game in 2026 for the New York Yankees.
Two days after Yankees manager Aaron Boone told reporters that Judge would begin a "hitting progression" this week, Boone said Thursday, Aug. 20 that Judge has begun hitting off a tee.
Judge has been sidelined since May 31 because of a stress fracture in his right rib.
