In another surprising twist after Juventus talks fell apart, now it's claimed Paris Saint-Germain have decided not to buy Parma goalkeeper Zion Suzuki either.
The plan had been for PSG to purchase the ***** an international at €35m including add-ons, and then loan him out to the Bianconeri for this season.
