Perez Hilton's family is sharing a new update on his condition following his hospitalization earlier this week.
In a statement posted to Perez's website on Saturday, Aug. 8, his family confirmed that he remains hospitalized under Florida's Baker Act following the mental health crisis that unfolded during a livestream from his Miami home on Aug. 4.
They also revealed that Perez experienced "significant blood loss" and sustained additional injuries that will require surgery in the coming days.
