The Cubs made three major acquisitions before Monday's MLB Trade Deadline: starting pitchers Kevin Gausman and Clay Holmes, and reliever Ryan Zeferjahn. These moves appear to be very positive in an effort to help bolster the oft-injured Cubs pitching staff.
Earlier this week I asked you to give a grade for Cubs President of Baseball Operations Jed Hoyer's moves.
And in general, you approve:
That's a huge vote of confidence in Hoyer, with 94 percent grading his moves at B or higher — and nearly a plurality with an "A" vote, very close to the number who chose "B".
