Both bitcoin and ethereum prices have opened within a narrow range so far this week, and both are firming this morning. Crypto investors are carefully watching developments in the Middle East and how fast the Clarity Act is moving through Congress. For some crypto investors, the pending legislation isn't moving fast enough, and passage before the summer recess is in doubt.
