KENT — Kent State tight end Terik Mulder is on the John Mackey Award preseason watch list for the 2026 season.
The Mackey Award is presented annually to college football's most outstanding tight end. Mulder and Eastern Michigan's Joshua Long are the only Mid-American Conference players on this year's preseason watch list.
Mulder caught 19 passes for 198 yards and four touchdowns last season. His TDs came in four different games.
