Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo says Enzo Fernandez will be able to handle any negative reaction from England fans after his role in Argentina's victory over the Three Lions.
The Argentina international, 25, cupped his ears after scoring the equaliser in last month's feisty World Cup semi-final win against England.
The following day, he posted a photo on Instagram of himself and three team-mates laughing alongside Oasis song Wonderwall, after Argentina's extra-time victory.
Asked whether Fernandez could cope with not being one of the most popular players in England, Caicedo said: "100%. He is a strong player and has his own mentality.
"He is a world champion. For sure he is going to manage the pressure and continue how he finished."
