BEREA ― It's Day 6 of Cleveland Browns training camp. It's also the second day in what is the longest stretch of consecutive practice days.
The Browns are practicing for six consecutive days this week, which will be the longest such stretch for them all season. The collective bargaining agreement permits teams to have up to six practices days in a row only before they play their first preseason game.
Cleveland opens the preseason in 11 days in Chicago when they face the Bears on Aug. 15. They still have eight total practices to get through until then.
