Josko Gvardiol has said he's delighted to extend his Manchester City contract and remain at 'the best club in the world'.
Gvardiol has signed a new five-year contract with the Cityzens, a deal which will extend his time at the Etihad until 2031.
The 24-year-old has been an important figure since his £77m move from RB Leipzig in 2023, winning six trophies across his three seasons, including thePremier League.
The Croatia international has now ended speculation over an exit with a new deal, and said he had no doubts about penning a long-term extension.
"As soon as I knew City wanted to renew my contract, I felt straight away it was what I wanted,"he said.
