Chelsea have opened talks with the representatives of Bologna winger Jonathan Rowe as they look to add attacking width this summer.
According to Il Resto del Carlino, via TuttoMercatoWeb, the Blues have again placed the England Under-21 international on their shortlist in recent weeks, with fresh contact between the London club and Rowe's camp said to have taken place in the past few days.
No formal bid has yet been made, and the Englishman is one of several wingers under consideration, alongside West Ham's Crysencio Summerville and Francisco Trincão.
