Olivia Wilde says Hollywood's beauty standards have made it harder to find expressive female actors.
She said she doesn't fault them for getting cosmetic procedures because she faces "the same pressures."
"I've had the thing of people being like, 'She looks old and dead and awful,'" Wilde said.
