The woman claimed that she worked 11-12-hour shifts, five days a week, but informed her supervisors the following month after joining that she was pregnant.
At the time, she informed the supervisors of her requirements for "reasonable accommodations to protect her health and pregnancy." In the documents, she further detailed two incidents that allegedly took a toll on her physical and mental health. One was from New Year's Eve 2024, and another was Jenner's child's party.
In the first incident, she said that her supervisors asked her to carry "heavy food items across the street and uphill." However, allegedly no **** istance was provided to her.
