Kylie Jenner is reportedly facing another lawsuit from a former employee. The woman claimed that physically demanding shifts at work led to her miscarriage. She mentioned that she had been working for Jenner since November 2024. She further detailed two instances in which the workload was allegedly unsuitable for her high-risk pregnancy, while sharing the aftermath of the tragedy.
The Los Angeles Times reports that Jenner's former chef has sued her, allegedly over the physically demanding jobs during her pregnancy, which led to her miscarriage. The woman claimed that she worked 11-12-hour shifts, five days a week, but informed her supervisors the following month after joining that she was pregnant.
At the time, she informed the supervisors of her requirements for "reasonable accommodations to protect her health and pregnancy." In the documents, she further detailed two incidents that allegedly took a toll on her physical and mental health. One was from New Year's Eve 2024, and another was Jenner's child's party.
In the first incident, she said that her supervisors asked her to carry "heavy food items across the street and uphill." However, allegedly no **** istance was provided to her. She stated that this demanding task left her feeling dizzy, and she struggled to breathe. Security personnel stepped in to help her out and provided her with water.
Another incident took place on February 1. In the lawsuit, the woman claimed that she was made to work for the birthday but was not given "adequate support" to handle the party's demands. Moreover, she mentioned that the managers also neglected her requests for **** istance.
