John Schneider is pushing back against his ex-wife's claim that he owes her more than $2 million in unpaid spousal support.
The Dukes of Hazzard star filed new legal documents asking a judge to reject Elvira Schneider's latest motion, according to TMZ.
Elvira previously claimed Schneider owed her $2,382,548 in unpaid support and interest. Schneider now says she has not provided evidence backing up that number and argues that her calculations contain mathematical errors.
The judge has not ruled on the latest motion.
TMZ reported that Schneider's new filing asks the court to shut down Elvira's motion in what the outlet described as a long-running legal fight between the former spouses.
