Kim Zolciak is claiming that her estranged husband Kroy Biermann is not taking proper care of their children.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 48, recently filed a motion for an emergency hearing, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. She alleged that the former professional football player, 40, is not taking proper care of their four children while they are in his custody. In the filing, Zolciak claimed that without the court's immediate intervention, the minor children are "at risk of ongoing mental and physical abuse" by her former partner, claiming they "constantly" reach out to her for food or medicine while in his care.
