Mohamed Salah's transfer saga has come to an end.
After leaving Anfield on a free transfer, he is joining Turkish Cup winners Trabzonspor. This is reported by transfer insider 'Fabrizio Romano' and Turkish transfer insider 'Yağız Sabuncuoğlu'.
Back in March, the Egyptian announced his departure from Liverpool after nine years as the Reds' most prolific goalscorer ever; it is now clear that the 32-year-old will continue his career in Turkey. Just not at Besiktas, as had been heavily rumored.
According to Turkish media reports, Salah and Trabzonspor have now agreed on a two-year contract and an annual salary of around €17 (!) million.
The Turkish club confirmed the negotiations with the player.

Torino and Dinamo Zagreb have both reportedly held talks with the agent of Fenerbahce goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic.
The Granata's search for a shot-stopper has been going on for many weeks with very little progress.
Another name on the list would seem to be Livakovic, because Turkish transfer expert Yagiz Sabuncuoglu claims that his agent held meetings with both representatives from Torino and Dinamo Zagreb.

It comes after suggestions from Croatia that the 31-year-old's agent Andy Bara is going to push Fenerbahce for the exit this summer.

Confusion is growing over the situation for Roma target Mason Greenwood, as Fenerbahce released a formal statement denying reports they are in France for talks with Olympique Marseille.
The pursuit of the former Manchester United winger has been dragging on for weeks, and it was rumoured that Roma were about to make their first formal offer worth €45m including add-ons.

Just as that seemed to be imminent, Turkish transfer expert Yagiz Sabuncuoglu claimed that Fenerbahce had made a new and improved bid close to the €50m asking price.
On top of that, he said that two Fenerbahce figures had flown out to France for face to face talks.

Report: Andy Robertson considering verbal offer which could see him link up with several old foes

Andy Robertson has reportedly given ‘consideration’ to a ‘verbal offer’ which has been made to him by Turkish outfit Fenerbahce.
The 32-year-old will leave Liverpool at the end of this season after nine years at Anfield, with the Scotland captain indicating that he hadn’t been offered a new contract by the club prior to his current deal expiring this summer.

The Telegraph‘s Dominic King reported a fortnight ago that the left-back ‘would favour’ a move to Tottenham Hotspur if they retain their Premier League status, but with that very much under threat, a proposal has reportedly come in from elsewhere.
Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu has claimed (via X) that Robertson’s agent was invited to Istanbul by Fenerbahce chiefs, who duly made a ‘verbal offer’ that the player has ‘taken under consideration’.
