"Chrisley Knows Best" star Lindsie Chrisley has broken her silence on her May 2026 DUI arrest on a new episode of her "Coffee Convos" podcast.
The reality star, 36, made headlines earlier this year after she was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, attempting to evade police, reckless driving, and a slew of other charges while driving her car in Georgia.
According to Lindsie Chrisley, she's dealt with mental health struggles over the last year, adding that it's caused many problems in her personal life.
Speaking with MTV veteran Kailyn Lowry on their shared podcast, Lindsie said she takes her ongoing legal woes very seriously. She said that she hasn't been able to comment publicly because she's stayed off social media and deleted all the apps from her phone. "If people are sending me messages, I'm not getting them," she said.
According to TMZ, Lindsie was arrested and booked in jail in Georgia in May 2026 before bonding out the next day. She told the publication that she was pulled over for speeding past a car on a two-lane road after trying to avoid being hit by another car that swerved to avoid an animal.

Savannah Chrisley was hustling throughout her 20s as she raised her two younger siblings and advocated for her parents' release from prison — all on her own dime.
"She's a rock star," Julie Chrisley said during their joint appearance on the Tuesday, June 16, episode of Hang Out With Sean Hannity about how her daughter took on all parental responsibilities for Chloe, now 13, and Grayson, now 20, after she and Todd were locked up in January 2023.
"Literally for the first year, she would either bring the kids to me or to Todd. She would take time going between the two," she added.
When Sean Hannity, 64, asked how she survived financially, Todd Chrisley, 57, claimed that the now 28-year-old used her own money.
"Listen, we just found out in the last eight months because we gave her power of attorney of everything that we had," Todd explained. "So, she had access to everything. She never used one dollar of our money to take care of her siblings. She paid for everything. And we didn't realize that until it was all turned back over to us, that she had never done anything like that. She had taken care of it herself."

ATLANTA (AP) — Reality TV stars Todd and Julie Chrisley are accusing one of their former defense attorneys of legal malpractice that they say led them to be convicted and imprisoned, separating them from each other and their family, ruining their reputations and costing them millions.
The Chrisleys were initially indicted in August 2019 and a jury in Atlanta convicted them in June 2022 on charges including bank fraud and tax evasion. Todd Chrisley was sentenced to serve 12 years in federal prison while Julie Chrisley got seven years. Both were released last year after President Donald Trump pardoned them.
The lawsuit filed Friday says the law firm, Balch & Bingham, "held itself out as capable of defending Todd and Julie Chrisley in one of the most consequential federal criminal prosecutions in the country. It was not."
The partner who led the Chrisleys' defense, Chris Anulewicz, "had no meaningful defense experience" and the firm knew that or should have known that, the lawsuit says. But the firm let him lead the case "because the Chrisley name meant money, publicity, and the kind of high-profile notoriety that brings in business."
The Chrisleys are asking for a jury trial and are seeking compensatory damages "in excess of $25 million," as well as compensation for their legal costs and attorney fees.
