Megyn Kelly isn't holding back when it comes to the Jane Doe involved in the widely-publicized "Cornell 7" case.
During the Monday, October 5, episode of The Megyn Kelly Show, Kelly, 55, weighed in on the unidentified woman named in court papers who has accused seven members of Cornell University's Chi Phi fraternity of gang rape in October 2024, according to CNN. The men deny wrongdoing.
The host argued that agency and accountability go hand in hand.
"That is NOT female empowerment," she said. "I'm sorry to break it to you, ladies of America, but you cannot have one without the other. You want full agency? Good. Me too. Guess what? We both have it. You cannot have it without accountability for your own decision-making."
